Hallo JM
High eye pressure is not caused by a headache. This needs to be evaluated by an opthalmologist as it can lead to blindness. See http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0002587/
Any vision disturbances need to be examined as it can be a sign of high blood pressure or diabetes.
