eye problem?

vision in either one eye or both becomes distorted around the outer sphere - almost liken it to looking thru broken glasspieces that are moving- the centre vision is in focus. Happens at totally random times &  for random periods. What can this be?

It may be a problem with the blood flow to the retina. Do you suffer from low blood pressure? Ask your doctor to check your retina (the back of your eye) and to refer you to an opthalmologist if needed.
