Exercise while pregnant.

Can I exercise while pregnant? if so which exercises are recommended?

Walking, swimming and yoga are good exercises. If you have been doing other exercise, just be careful not to push your pulse rate up too high for too long.

If you haven''t excercised before then walking and swimming are best or attending an antenatal excercise class or pregnancy yoga.

If you are someone who excercises usually, then carry on with everything is except stomach excercises and keep your heart rate below 140bpm.
