Exercise for over 70' s

What is the best exercise for a senior citizen 70+ no weight problems, healthy, but has the normal osteo-arthritis problems in wrist, elbow, &  lower back/neck and slack stomach muscles.

Walking remains the best exercise and you can add some Pilates exercises to this as this really helps to mobilize the joints as well as strengthen back and stomach muscles.
