exercise during first trimester

hi i need to find out what sort of exercises can one do during your first trimester as i am 11 weeks pregnant and from what i have researched, its is great to exercise during pregnancy but not to sure what u can and can not do

Walking and swimming are good. If you are used to exercise, you can continue as long as you do not push your pulse rate up too high for too long.
