HI Zaheer

Yes, if done the right way. Which basically means often enough, hard enough, and long enough. The key is that if you want to burn fat, you must do regular cardio training - 4 to 6 times a week, 45 minutes per session at a minimum. Obviously, if you're starting out, you start with less. Maybe 3 times a week, 30 minutes each time and as you get fitter, you increase the volume. But the key is to do it regularly, then you'll get fitter, burn energy (that is, fat), and it will help. Just remember that you must also eat optimally in order to achieve the result you're after!
