exercise

I have recently started to exercise on a twist and sculp stepper.(+-2weeks ago)

I usually do between 10-20 minutes and I also try to jog on a mini trampoline for 10-15 minutes. I do this 3 times per week.

I do follow an eating plan and would like to know why I''ve gained 800 grams in two weeks and when will i start to see some weight loss.

Any other suggestions? Thank you
