Exercise.

Dear doc.

I found something weird. My pulse is normally around 108. When I do exercise, my pulse actually drops to around 87. I am usually quite stressed due to a condition which affects my speech. Can it be that doing exercise relaxes me?

Thank you.

I strongly suggest that you consult a doctor for an ECG, as it is possible that there is something wrong with the electric conductivity of the heart.
