Exercise

I know one is supposed to exercise at least 4 times a week. However due to the nature of my work i can only exercise at the weekend by walking at least 7km Saturday and 7km Sunday. Will this still help me to lose weight together with a Low Calorie diet?

The golden rule is that any exercise is better than no exercise. If you walk briskly for 7 km on Saturdays and Sundays this will still be of great benefit to your weightloss and your general well being.
