I have been following an eating plan and have been experiencing a slow but steady weight loss. (20 days = 4.2kg)Against all advice I do weigh myself on a daily basis. What I have noticed is that when I exercise in the afternoon/evening (3 times a week - 20 mins cardio, 30 resistance training followed by 15 mins in the steam room) that either my weight will remain the same as the previous day or I will have gained weight (usually 200g - 300g).Why is that so ??? After burning calories surely the grams should be losing not gaining ??? My husband and I are stumped here as he continues to loose a couple of grams. I am beginning to think I am wired totally different to " normal" people -).Thank you for taking the time to read and in advance a thank you for replying. Pin It Want to comment?
