Excercise and trying to conceive

I DO A LOT OF TREADMILL RUNNING (AND OTHER THINGS) AT GYM-ABOUT 6 TIMES A WEEK. IS IT A BAD THING TO TRAIN HARD IF YOU ARE TRYING TO FALL PREGNANT? MUST I RATHER SLOW DOWN?

Hello Bunny,
A sensible structured workout is appropriate when trying to conceive.
Too much physical stress will reduce your probabilty of becoming pregnant. So slow down and have rest days. Also sometimes less is more and this will generaaly benefit your traing goals.
