excercise

Is it advisable to to excercise 3x a week for 2hrs at a time or should you stick to the 30min. a day rule?

The recommendation is that if possible everyone should do at least 30 min of exercise per day, which works out to 3,5 hours per week. But if you find that it suits your schedule better to do 2 hours of exercise 3x a week, then that is perfectly fine too and should produce the same results.
