Dear Lisl Rourke

Although there is a correlation between intense exercise training and amenorrhea (absence of period), in the your situation I would not place too greater emphasis on immediately. I would recommend a full investigation be undertaken as a priority. This would include a full hormone profile together with ultrasound scanning of the pelvis as well as some form of body mass fat distribution evaluation.
