Erections

My erections are not as hard as they should be, and I dont know what could be causing this, my wife sais its smoking and is linked to heart disease. I am only 42 and a bit concerned

Erections are dependent on blood flow to the penis. If you smoke, have heart disease, high bloodpressure or diabetes, this can cause impotence or weak erections. An Urologist would be the right doctor to see whether there are any physical problems and to treat this.
