I assume that the pills which you refer to to maintain erection are PDE5 Inhibitors obtained from a chemist by presciption. All medications have side-effects, with benefits weighed up against the risks.PDE5 Inhibitors have minimal sde-effects but should not be taken by people who are using Nitrates. Side effects are dose dependent with the most commonly reported being headace, dizziness, abdominal discomfort and flushing.

Have also wondered about it. I usa a pill called On Demand that has fantastic results, but I have wondered if it can affect overall health in the long run. I have sometimes noticed headaches a day or two after I''ve taken them, but they are far less than the times when I have no " side effects"  so they might just be coincidental. Doc, I know that they have found out recently that some of these natural product actually have some medical ingredients. Have there ever been proper research on these natural pills?
