Erection

Dear Doc,

I would like to know what determines the duration of one' s erection.

Last night my (recently married) wife and I made love, and I was erect for about 45 minutes. This morning, I was erect for about 10 minutes.

Is there any way of prolonging my erection (and it' s not because I orgasmed).

Thanks

Furthermore it has been found that the more you stress about your penis’ performance the less it is likely to perform the way you would want it to. Strengthening your PC muscles – google “kegel exercises” for men, could however assist you in maintaining a healthy muscle structure supporting your penis and gaining more control over the muscles involved with erections.
