erectille dysfunction?????

my boyfriend is epileptic.when we have sex,sometimes his penis just goes down. this is usually after the first ejaculation.sex after that is not always that fun.he always tries to get back up n when he does,i am usually past the point of no return but often have to indulge him.Could it be that his meds and condition are affecting his sexual life???
