Erectile disfunction

If I strengthen my pelvic floor muscles (which are very weak at the moment) will it help me to get an erection?

It will certainly help, but might not resolve your problem. There are other ways of dealing with ED

Depends on how old you are.

Pinching excercises for the pelvis muscles (like closing and opening your water tap a dozen times) certainly has benefits especially for older men.

Think about ways to stretch your erotic play to extreme limits. Few penises will remain flacid under exciting erotic stimulation.
