Dear Skank
Being hot is not a sign of having high blood pressure, but you can have your bloodpressure tested at any GP or pharmacy with a clinic. Hot flushes can be caused by hormonal problems like thyroid imbalances or menopause (unlikely at your age) or even by chronic infections like TB. Your GP can check with a blood test if any of these conditions are present.
