Enough Dairy

Hi Doc

I have to cut out all dairy and is currently taking caltra plus one a day and a multivit but it''s not enough. My nails started splitting so badly. What else can I do to insure I get enough calsium etc.

The following foods are high in calcium: Sesame seeds, chia seeds, dark leafy greens (like spinach and broccoli), flax seeds, blackstrap molasses, oranges, beans, dried fruits and nuts, parsley, rosemary, salmon and poppy seeds.
