enlarged ovary

I just had a colonoscopy and abdominal scan aged 60 and the only abnormality is missing left ovary and enlarged right ovary. I use natural HRT (black cohosh, red cover etc) and I had a hysterectomy (no pathology) 25 years ago. Is the enlarged ovary a problem?
