Hallo Lolly
Yes enlarged lymphnodes develop due to infection or inflammation and they usually go back to normal size when the infection is cleared. Lymphadenopathy ( enlarged nodes) can develop 6-9 months after initial TB infection and persist for a while. When will you go for follow up examination? Tell the doctor about this, just to ensure that there is not a secondary infection somewhere.
