endometriosis - stage 4 - what can i do?

hi im 20 years old and i was diagnosed with having endometriosis last year july. i've had 2 laproscopy's and one hysteroscopy in the past year. its stage 4 and my gynae advised me to have a baby otherwise i may not have another chance. do i have any other options? medication? other fertility options? my husband and i are still studying and completing our degrees...
