Endometriosis &  Pill

Hi Doc

I have endometriosis, but I''m past the stage where i want to have kids, do I have to go on the pill or dont I need to worry to
ever fall pregnant due to endometriosis, I''m reaching my 40''s soon really dont want kids on that age,
