Dear Fathima

It is possible to do an IUI or AI with the presence of a recto-vaginal nodule. Generally one stands a better chance if much of the endometriosis is removed as possible in trying to achieve a pregnancy. It is not however necessary to remove the nodule especially if you asymptomatic and the endometriosis has not effect the ovaries and fallopian tubes.
