elevated white cell count

i have an elevated white blood cell count, 13.4. How can I bring my white blood cell count down. I have low thyroid, and am on Eltroxin 100mu per day

It is essential to establish why your white blood cell count is elevated. It is most probably due to your hypo-thyroidism. Ask your doctor to exclude a low level of thyroid count, as well as other possible causes for infection.
