Electrical shock

I am 4 weeks pregnant and had an electrical shock while blow drying my hair on Saturday morning. I felt a strong tingling in my arm.
I phoned the doctor and he said that it is too early in my pregnancy to tell whether anything could have gone wrong with the pregnancy and that I had to wait for my six weeks appointment. I am a total wreck!!!
Please please give me some feedback!!! What can go wrong with the pregnancy/my baby?
