Electric shocks through arms

I have been getting these currents through my arms, feels like electric shocks. Can high blood pressure be the cause?

Thanks for your question. The simple answer is no, high blood pressure cannot possibly cause a feeling of shocks or electric currents through your arms. High blood pressure generally causes no symptoms at all.
