eggs

I want to find an alternative to eggs for my diet. I do not eat eggs and the diet requires me to eggs daily. Please help.

Dear Shelley
If you don't eat eggs, you can substitute them with any other lean protein (i.e. lean meat, fish, or fat-free cottage cheese, milk or yoghurt). If you are not using an Atkins-type diet then you can also use cooked or canned legumes (dry peas, beans, lentils or soya), which are an excellent substitute for proteins derived from animals.
