Dear Zethu

The chances of IVF working in an egg donor program using a young donor and approximately 2-3 embryos would be at the most a 30% success rate. There is a way to check the condition of the uterus and the ovary as well as the pelvis, this will involve a diagnostic laparoscopy and blood tests can be performed. The blood test can help determine ovarian reserve and the ability to achieve multi-follicular growth.
