Eet plan

Good morning

I weigh about 50kg - 55kg and I do not want to loose weight nor Do I want to PICK UP weight ..

I have the following type of dieeet plan..

Fat = 3 Milk = 2 Carbs = 5 Fruit = 3 Protein = 3 Vegetables = 4

example of one day eating plan:
Breakfast: 60Gram low GI bread
250Ml Milk (skim milk
15ml fish paste
Mid Morning: 120Grram Pear
175ml fat free joghurt
Lunch: 30Gram whole wheat bread
90gram chicken cooked weight
100gram tomatoes
100gram cucumber
10ml extra light low fat spread
Early afternoon: 200gram apple
Late afternoon: 30gram whole wheat bread
130gram baked beans in taomato sauce
10ml extra low fat spread
Dinner: 100gram baby potatoes (raw weight)
140gram hake (raw weight)
100gram cucumber
100gram tomatoes
5ml weighless extra virgin olive oil

please confirm if this is balanced and that I will not pick up weight?

The diet you describe is balanced and should not cause weight gain. If you find that you are losing weight on this type of eating plan then you can increase your intake of fat by 1 tablespoon of olive or canola oil per day which should increase the energy intake slightly.

sorry, I have another question... Will you then stay with this everyday for always to maintain a constant weight or would you change this dieeet??
