Best to go to a physician for a full medical examination- no matter your age. ED is a predictor of a disease - cardio vascular, depression, and even diabetes. OF course if you are young and found to be healthy your ED is probably due to some sexual anxiety. This requires therapy to understand what's up(!) as be avoiding it and staying with the anxiety you will create a sexual dysfunction.
Anyone over age 45 may begin noticing changes with erections so its a good time to get your full medical examination. Do not self medicate, do not buy over-the-counter products - you really do need to get medical examination done.
