Question

ed

Occasionally during sex, my erection can go from very strong to zero in a few seconds just prior to ejaculation. I was using Viagra six months ago, which resolved the problem on 95% of occasions. Lately I have used no medication with good results, but the problem has returned in the last two weeks.

Is this classic E.D. ?
What is the best recommended treatment ?

Dear Steve
E.D. is often when you can't get an erection at all. If you get strong morning erections, but have difficulty keeping an erection during sex, it could be due to psychological causes or due to "performance pressure".
One should get a medical checkup to exclude diabetes, high blood pressure and side effects of some medications.

Treatment would depend on the cause.
You can also contact a Mens health clinic (http://www.menshealth.co.za/) if you don't want to see your GP
