Ectopic pregnancy

I have had 2 ectopic pregnancys, 1 last year and the other a week ago. Both of my falopian tubes have been closed off because they were too badly damaged to save. What are the options for us to fall pregnant? What would be the safest and most succesful way to do this? And what are the costs involved, and would our medical aid help pay for any of this?
Please help.

It sounds like your only option is IVF. Medical aids don't usualy pay for fertility treatment and the cost is R20 000 upwards per cycle.

Best wishes
