ectopic

i had an ectopic pregancy last year march/april .they remove one fallopian tube.i get my period regulary will i ever be able to conceive?

The ability to conceive will depend on the status of the remaining tube and should this be absolutely normal then you could still conceive naturally although is may take somewhat longer to fall pregnant. If you are not sure of the status of the remaining tube then I would advise you to have this investigated as a matter of urgency.
