Our expert says:
Your present BMI = 28,1 which is above the upper level of normal. If you can reduce your weight so that you have a BMI of about 24 (weighing 73 kg, thus a loss of 13 kg) your waist will also reduce. Reduce your energy intake by eating an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'DietnFood' at the top of this page, then on 'Healthy Diets' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet). If you do not yet do any exercises that target the abdominal area (i.e. situps, etc) then ask your instructor at the gym (I presume you are at a gym?) to give you some additional exercises that work on the stomach and the abdominal muscles.
