HI, DANKIE VIR U HULP. EK HET BESLUIT OM DIE PORTION EATING PLAN OP DIE SITE VAN U TE PROBEER, HET NET N PAAR VRAE.
1. HOEVEEL MUESLI (GRANOLA) SAL N PORSIE MAAK EN AS WAT SAL DIT TEL, AS N PORSIE STARCH OF WAT?
2. AS WAT TEL NEUTE, PORSIE PROTEIN OF FAT OF WAT?
3. GRAINS EN CEREALS IS WATSE PORSIE, STARCH?
4. AS EK KOFFIE DRINK MET 1 EN N HALWE SUIKER, KAN EK DIT ONDER WAT LAAT TEL, N PORSIE STARCH OF WAT?

Ek is bly dat jy tot 'n besluit gekom het. 1 porsie droë ontbytgrane soos muesli, Granola, All Bran, ens is 'n halwe koppie rou.1 porsie gekookte grane soos pap, rys, pasta, ens, is 'n halwe koppie gaar. Al die grane tel as stysels of te wel koolhidrate. Neute word meestal as vet geklassifiseer en 1 porsie is 30g of 1 eetlepel. As jy 1/2 t suiker by jou koffie voeg, dan tel dit ook as 'n klein bydrae tot jou koolhidraatinname (stysels en suikers).
Ek hoop jy sal met hierdie porsie eetplan weer gewig begin verloor, maar moenie oefening vergeet nie!
