Eating Plan

Good morning



Please advise on following eating habit



I' m using the Portion Plan eating plan



Breakfast

Jungle Oats (35g) packet - Instant

All Bran Flakes with rolled oats (35g) packet Instant



Snack

Snackerbread (wheat) with In Shape Fat free Chunky Cottage Cheese



Lunch

Free Veggies, Cucumber, Lettuce, Onion, Yellow, Green or Red pepper, Gherkins, pepper and Aromat Peri-Peri Flavour with:

Cottage Cheese

Tuna

Chicken

Or Toast with Baked Beeans curry with no meat and potatoes



Supper



Fish fillets with 2 baby potatoes, brocolli boiled and tomato smoor (onion, green pepper, fresh tomatoes)



Chicken and salad no dressing

Baked beans on toast

Chicken curry with rice(small portion)

Like it Lean Bacon with Feta Cheese on two slices on Low Gi Toast

Chicken A La King (made with fat free milk on pasta and alot of mushrooms with green pappers and onion





PLEASE ADVISE, AND PLEASE GIVE SOME IDEAS AS TO WHAT i CAN HAVE FOR SUPPER



I also go to gym so I exercise about 2-three hours a week

The diet you suggest seems reasonable and it does give you quite a lot of variation even for supper so I would recommend that you select a different supper option every day to provide variety to your diet. I would also recommend that you add 2 cups of fat-free milk to your daily intake to provide you with the 1000 mg of calcium a day that adult women require.
