I heard that we should not eat any type of fish when you are ill (eg. flu, cold, throat infection or any sickness). Is this true ?

Dear Somayya
No, there is no restriction on eating fish when you are sick - but do try not to eat RAW fish like sushi as it may contain bacteria that can give you diarrhoea when your immunity is under stress.
