Hi Dudu,
You are not really providing me with much information here. Have you an uncomfortably large physical appetite and you are eating more than you should be, or are you eating in response to another type of hunger? For instance, are you eating too much out of habit or eating in response to an emotional state (eg, stress)? From a dietetic level, if your appetite is uncomfortably large, consider the refined food and sugar content of your diet. Otherwise, consult with the Dietdoc forum.

The information provided does not constitute a diagnosis of your condition. You should consult a medical practitioner or other appropriate health care professional for a physical exmanication, diagnosis and formal advice. The problem is, we programme our bodies to think that we''r hungry when we''r not, hence the weight gain. We will have to learn to say no to food when we are not really hungry. Just by reducing your food intake to half you will see results.
