Ear Pain

Hi, my wife and I are getting ready to leave for Europe in a couple of weeks and everytime we take these long flighs, we suffer from ear pain due to the change in pressure. Is there perhaps something we can take or do to help with this? Thanks

Dear K
Yes, put Drixine nosedrops in just before you fly ( in your NOSE) - this will keep the Eustachian tube open and reduce pressure buildup in the middle ear.
