Dear Mina

Give efazol daily for the rest of her life and clean the ears 2-3 times a week with Oticlear.

Hi, my Spaniel is starting on the Royal Canin breed specific food for Spaniels. They can only start from about 12 months though, but this might help with the ear problem with yours (amongst other Spaniel problems). Just have a look at their website or go visit your vet.
