Hallo Lukas
A severe earache is usually a sign that there is increased pressure in the middle ear due to infection. If you don't treat it soon enough the eardrum may burst. You can put in nose drops in your nose to open up the Eustachian tubes (between the ear and the back of the throat) to relieve the pressure but see a doctor as you may need antibiotics
