Dry

Hello Doc,
compliments of the season!

My concern is that sometimes the outside of my vagina gets so dry to the point that it gets ' crusty' . This doesn' t happen at any specific time, i.e. not just after I bath or have sex or whatever. It does sort of ' burn'  as well. I' ve tried all the creams out there, douching, even probiotic caps. Nothing seems to work.
