Hi Doc,
Don' t know if i need to consult a GP or how serious this might be, this is how it goes, everytime when i laugh specially when someone has cracked a joke, i have this sudden drowsiness and stop laughing...this has been happening on couple of occassions and i am getting worried.
This days i am even scared to laugh.
I will really appreciate to hear from you.
Warmest regards,
Molefi

Hallo Molefi
Laughing, coughing or straining can cause certain neurological symptoms in some people, even causing fainting. It may be good to ask your doctor to check your heart for any abnormalities and to do an ECG test.
