driving with diabetes and hypertension

Just like to know if one is allowed to drive if one has the following medical conditions:
diabetes type2
hypertension
anaemia with enzyme disorde ( D55.9 ) unspecified.
My job requires me to drive but i cannot due to:
blurred vision
sleepyness
fatigue

Yes, you are able to drive with these conditions but you will have to consult a doctor to treat your symptoms. All your conditions can be managed well, in order to function as a normal person, by putting effort in to get on top of your conditions.
