Hi, ek draf amper 2 maande. Ek draf 4km elke dag en stap die laaste 2km, behalwe Saterdae en Sondae! Ek het verkoue gehad, het vir ‘ ’ n week nie geoefen. Maandag weer begin, het 5.6 gedraf! Die res van die week het ek net so oor die 4km gedraf! Ek kom agter as ek klaar gedraf het, is ek baie moeg, uitgeput en ek gaan slaap baie vroeg saans. Ek het nie krag nie! Is dit omdat ek nog nie heeltemal gesond is nie! Ek voel baie beter, het effense hoes aan my! Ek het Sondag laas gerook! Kan dit ‘ ’ n invloed hê ?

It could be that you're just recovering. After a break of even a week, your body may need a little time to ease back into the training programme, and so maybe the rest of the week should be a little less intense than it usually it.

I would say give yourself a week to get back to your level of fitness before you were sick, and then go for it from where you left off. Also, you might need to look at your diet, because if you're really fatigued, it's often a sign that your energy intake is a bit too low, and you need to eat more, or change WHEN you eat, so that you don't allow your blood sugar levels to drop too much.
