HI,

Is it possible for an HIV+ person to donate their eggs to someone who needs a baby? Do they automatically get infected?

Dear Deo

The current guidelines advise against using HIV positive donor eggs.

I dont have an answer for you but I know that they do tests before they will give that egg to somebody so I am sure they will make sure nothing is wrong with the egg and that it is not HIV+
