Dog urinating indoors

My male basset hound is 10 months old, completely house trained and has free access to the house whenever someone is at home. Since 2 weeks ago he has been urinating against the bed and on the carpet in the guest room, as well as everything in the garage. How do I get him to stop / prevent this behaviour?

Dear Hein

Tell him off if you catch him in the act and have him neutered as soon as.
