Does IVF ever work in patients aged 38/39?

Dear K

IVF certainly works in the aged 38/39. However it should be known that the success rates associated with IVF in achieving a pregnancy starts deteriorating form the age of 36 onwards. So IVF does work but one has to except a lower success rate at that stage.
